CAR PREMIUM 7 Car Rentals – Policies & Fees
- Pick-up and drop-off service is available at a rate of $50.00 within 25 miles of the location.
- The renter is responsible for all damage (interior and exterior), tickets, fines, fees, and tolls incurred during the rental period, regardless of fault.
- Only the renter(s) listed may drive the vehicle. If it is discovered that the car was rented for someone else, the vehicle will be repossessed and the deposit forfeited.
- Extension payments must be made no later than 4 hours before the scheduled return time.
- To ensure fairness to other renters, a $25.00 late return fee will be charged for each hour the vehicle is returned late, up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, a full additional day will be charged.
- There is a 100-mile per day limit on all vehicles. An extra mileage fee of $0.38–$0.48 per mile will apply depending on the vehicle type.
Policy & Procedures
- Security deposit is $200, of which $4 is non-refundable as it is used to pay for driver’s license screening.
- Security deposit must be paid upfront to book a vehicle, via Cashapp, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
- Security deposit will be returned within 24 hours after return.
- Only the driver listed on the rental agreement is permitted to drive the vehicle. Breaking this rule will result in loss of security deposit and you will be banned.
- The time you pick up the vehicle will be the time you drop off the vehicle. Early drop-offs are permitted but you will not receive a refund.
- Extensions are paid upfront. If you book for 2 days and decide to extend for an additional day, that does NOT count as a 3-day deal. You are expected to pay the daily rate.
- Must be 21+ to book with a valid driver’s license.
- 2-day minimum on ALL bookings.
- No smoking in vehicles ($500 fee).
