Lessee may choose to purchase insurance coverage, including at additional costs.

Condition of the Vehicle:Lessee acknowledges that the vehicle is in good condition at the time of rental and agrees to return it in the same condition.

Responsibilities of the Renter:Lessee is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and damage to the vehicle during the rental period.Lessee must return the vehicle on or before the agreed return date and time.

Fuel and Refueling: Lessee agrees to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when it was rented. A refueling fee of $ will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank.

Termination of Agreement:Lessor may terminate this agreement if Lessee violates any terms or misuses the vehicle.

Indemnification and Liability:Lessee indemnifies and holds Lessor harmless from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from the use of the vehicle.

Disclaimer of Warranties:Lessor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the vehicle's condition, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in Jurisdiction.
